Dorri C. Scott is a global executive educator, mental health professional and transformational coach committed to advancing client well being, business-professional growth and lifelong learning. The Founder-Publisher of the Virginia WOMAN Magazine, she is a best selling author, research scholar and dedicated community servant who brings a unique blend of academic rigor, professional expertise and personal passion to every endeavor.
As the Practice Manager of the Wise WOMAN, Dorri leads a team of professionals in delivering an integrated and comprehensive approach that educates and inspires all to DREAM, and achieve personal and professional aspirations. Known for her infectious smile, Jersey girl truth tellin' style, she is integrity driven and a champion for equity. A self proclaimed "book nerd", Dorri is a storyteller, uses the power of words with deeds to advocate, heal and transform lives.
Often described as "inspiring", Dorri cares, loves her work and strives daily to help her clients build stronger, meaningful relationships.
A clinical social worker, Dorri advocates to demystify the stigma surrounding mental health and supports efforts to challenge racism recently recognized by the American Medical Association as a mental health social problem.
A tireless advocate for ending book bans, she is a podcaster, leads banned book campaigns and manages a national book club, open to all readers: "Read the Banned Book". Her life and work reflects a deep commitment to helping others embrace growth, cultivate resilience with persistence to dream, build with confidence aligned with a God given purpose.
A graduate of Harvard Business School she also holds a Masters in Clinical Social Work (MSW), Doctorate in Education Leadership Organization Innovation (EdD), Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Science and certifications in Parent - Life Coaching, Health Wellness and Well-Being, DEI, Family-Mediation and Grief Loss & Dying.
The mother of two young adults, "Dr. Dorri" resides in Northern VA, enjoys word games, puzzles, summers at the beachside, reading (any book will do), girlfriend-family time, journal writing, community service/giving, Sunday church and daily quiet mornings to reflect and set each day.

Kerri Heddell is a creative entrepreneur with over 10 years of experience in website design, social media management, and graphic design. Her passion for helping others shines through in her work, where she combines her artistic talents with the resilience and knowledge gained from her diverse background.
Before launching her own business, Kerri honed her skills in a variety of challenging roles. She worked on Capitol Hill for the Sergeant At Arms office, demonstrating her ability to navigate complex environments. Her passion for aviation led her to work alongside the FAA to help build a startup airline from the ground up, where she assisted with writing training manuals, participated in proving runs, and ensured everything was in place for takeoff. Later, she took to the skies herself as a flight attendant, further developing her adaptability and customer service skills. Now, Kerri brings that same dedication and expertise to her business, where she helps clients thrive in the digital world.
