Educators did not sign up for this. We must understand why teachers are leaving the profession, retiring early and others QUITTING!

As a life-long educator, I have taught Pre-K to college; classroom to the boardroom. Teaching is rewarding. I love the work, however, health must be the highest priority. All who go back to school (it is too early) are at risk – Students, Teachers, Cafeteria Workers, Professors, Busdrivers, Janitors, Administrators, Volunteers. I firmly believe every family must make their own decision. Got it!

What I know for sure…protecting us all with a mask – a small, simple request which protects must be the highest priority if we are ever going to move forward. Not a political move – a health moment – wear your mask!
